The importance for the Youth Department is to focus on the key word promised to the young people within the New Generation Church; that word being “action”.  The youth department of New Generation Church, will put action to all those young people’s contributions each year, with all of their ideas and visions towards the youth department's future. It’s important for the youth leaders to always reinstate the importance, that the youth club is a point of contact for young visitors and allows them to feel welcome and a part of Church activities and events hosted by the youth department.

 

The aim of these events and activities are to draw more young people into NGC.  We would like to highlight the accomplishment of the Youth department as each year we provide a residential and youth retreat for the young people. This has been a real inspiration for them to build a relationship with each other outside of the four walls of NGC.  Our young people are very committed to their individual ministries within the church.  It is the duty of the Youth department to give them the support they need and show the young people of New Generation Church, the gratitude they very much deserve.
